The Trinity building was built in 1892 as the First National Bank, where it once housed the first newspaper and later became the historic headquarters of the Carlsbad Irrigation District. In 2007, three partners bought the building with the dream of restoring the decaying property. Many in the community said it couldn't be done, but today the old bank building is fully renovated and now the home to Carlsbad's finest dining establishment and nine luxurious hotel suites. 
 

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday. Breakfast and lunch feature classic dishes and our amazing green chile cheeseburger. At dinner we specialize in traditional American Italian dishes like lasagna, chicken parmigiana, along with our own unique take on things, like lasagna bolloco. We have steaks, fish and much more.  Enjoy our full service coffee bar serving up your favorite espresso drinks and our own Trinity blend coffee. Every afternoon you can join us for wine tasting featuring our own Spirit of Seven Rivers varieties made right here along the Pecos Valley.
